I grew up in England carrying childhood secrets that silently shaped my world. Over time, the emotional weight became too heavy, and my mental health began to unravel, eventually manifesting into a destructive battle with bulimia.
After moving to Arizona, I began the deep work of peeling back the layers of unprocessed emotion those early wounds had left behind. Through somatic healing, nervous system regulation, mindset shift, and intentional lifestyle shifts, I transformed my relationship with my mind, body, and my sense of self.
What began as journaling soon became something more, a way to process, reflect, and ultimately share.
I realized my story wasn’t just mine to hold; it was part of my purpose. A path I could use to guide others toward their own healing.
Now, I have the honor of sharing these tools with others, offering 1:1 and group sessions, immersive workshops, and retreats that provide a safe space for growth, healing, and deep relaxation.

I’ve spent much of my life battling trauma, anxiety, and self-criticism, especially in front of a camera.
Over the years, I’ve done deep inner work and have come a long way in healing and reclaiming my confidence. But photoshoots usually leave me feeling exposed and uncomfortable.
Working with Amber was something entirely different. She made me feel safe, empowered, beautiful, and confident. She truly listened when I shared how vulnerable the experience could be for me. From checking in before the shoot to the genuine excitement and encouragement she brought throughout, her presence was calming and uplifting.
