Yes, all of our coaches at Dragonfly Wellness Solutions are certified in their respective areas of expertise. They have undergone extensive training and have the knowledge and experience necessary to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Your well-being matters, and that includes honoring your body when you’re not feeling your best. If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. We can reschedule your session or shift to a virtual option if appropriate. I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice when possible, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate with care.
Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your session. For packages or immersive experiences, payment is required in full before our first session unless a payment plan has been arranged. If you ever need to discuss flexible options, I’m happy to find a solution that supports your journey.
Between sessions, we’ll stay connected through voice or text support. I’ll let you know the best times to reach me, and I’ll always respond with care within agreed hours. You’re never alone in this. I’m here to support you with presence and intention.
You are always in choice. If you decide to end or pause our work, you’re welcome to do so at any time. I just ask for clear communication so we can close our container with intention. For packages, we’ll review the remaining sessions and clarify next steps based on our agreement. This process is here to honor your needs, your timing, and your growth.
